| All bookings at Aloha Ganges Apartments must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by making an advance payment. |
| 2. Arrival / Departure Policy: |
- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs | Check-out time is 11:00 hrs
- Minimum age for check-in is 8 years
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservations must start from the previous night.
- Guests are required to present valid proof of identity at check-in. Accepted documents include Passport for foreign nationals and Driving License, Aadhaar Card, or Passport for Indian nationals.

| 3. Cancellation Policy: |
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (only transaction, GST, and service charges will be deducted).
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 20 and 11 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of check-in or in case of no-shows are non-refundable (100% retention).
- Early Departure: Guests who check out before the reserved departure date will be charged for the entire stay. No refund will be given for unused nights or services beyond our control.

| 4. Meals: |
- A full breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Please inform us during booking of any dietary restrictions. Our chef will be happy to modify the breakfast as per your requirements.

| 5. Parking: |
- Paid parking is available at the property at Rs. 150 per night. Follow the driveway to the designated parking area. Drivers can be accommodated in nearby guesthouses (charges apply). Please note, we do not accommodate drivers inside Aloha Ganges Apartments.

| 6. Smoking: |
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Guests may smoke outside on the balcony or terrace.

| 7. Events / Commercial Activity: |
- All events, weddings, and photo/video shoots (pre/post) require prior approval. Management reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized activity without prior notice.
